CT at Work
CT wears many hats, and has worked under a wide variety of titles - Creative Director, Graphic Designer, WebMaster, Production Manager, Technical Illustrator, Art Director, Web Content Manager, Project Manager, etc.
But it's the collaborative process that he enjoys most. Building a good team of disparate players, scheduling the assets, and bringing a concept to fruition through solid planning and the creative problem solving that project constraints routinely require.
For more than a dozen years CT has managed and worked on a wide variety of graphic communications projects, requiring
the use of various methods, computer platforms, and applications. (His project management experience goes back even further, but in those days it was environmental design, and data center relocation.)
Having produced an extensive array of marketing materials in many forms of media,
handling or overseeing every aspect of these projects from conception through final production, CT has gained insight and experience beyond the norm.
Ready to accept any challenge, CT has even managed projects with shrinking budgets, opposing priorities, and frequently changing players.
Multitasking is a typical requirement in the graphic arts, and CT routinely sorts out the confusion of concurrent projects.
For example, in a recent position, for any given week CT was simultaneously responsible for catalog production, design mock-ups, direct-mail flyers, wearable graphics, package inserts, and a number of Internet initiatives.
Whether your project is for a few or a few million, local or international, CT understands the nuances.
He knows better than to present a laughing woman to an Asian audience, and understands that colors can have a broad range of affects psychological, physiological, and cultural.
In short, CT is a
hard-working team player who can turn out award-winning work,
prevent an international faux pas, and corral the resources needed
to complete your project on time and under budget.
